摘要：The main focus of this article is management of project work at school. We are particularly trying to introduce projects as possible instrument of management of planned change at school or of the school development. We offer general characteristics of projects as well as guidelines for some specific procedures of working with projects (process of installation of the project group,management of the work within the project,etc.). Further,we pay special attention to those approaches to the project work which have the ambition for more fundamental and complex changes at schools. In this context we describe in a detailed way phases and steps of managing the process of planned change at schools. We believe that the project work can not only make school life more flexible,it can also contribute to the change of the school culture – towards co-operative and learning schools.
