摘要：This contribution describes the work procedure and the main results of a research project named Consultants’ Training in the Czech Republic. Carried out by the Department of Educational Sciences of the Brno Masaryk University in 2003,the aim of the project was to analyze the actual situation in the formation of consultants in the Czech Republic. Created were lists of consultants’ trainers,of existing study programmes for consultants,and of the goals (including the profile of a successful trainee),forms and methods of such programmes. Adding an outline of consultant formation in selected European countries,the situations in the Czech Republic and abroad are compared.
