摘要：The contribution outlines the situation of the Czechoslovak education in 1918 to 1938 as influenced by various reform proposals and concepts. Within such reform efforts there were discussions on a new form of the leaving examination which should have certified high quality secondary education. As a result of lengthy debates about the transformation of the secondary education and the leaving examination,written and oral examinations were introduced in 1931,and a new curriculum in 1933.
