摘要:The article tries to answer the question whether creative writing is welcome in the new curricular documents and their fulfilment. The history of creative writing is outlined,both as a teaching subject itself and as an integrated element in subjects like Czech language & literature,foreign languages,drama,project teaching,and as part of the programme called Reading and Writing to Critical Thinking. Within this framework the applications of creative writing in the development of key competences,as defined by the Framework Educational Programmes,are summarized.
