摘要:In the last two decades, photogrammetry has undergone a digital revolution. Photogrammetric scanners and digital workstations have greatly advanced image processing. The development of airborne digital cameras in recent years has brought image quality to levels comparable,or sometimes better than, that obtained with analog cameras. The leading manufacturers’ digital imaging systems have sided with two opposing approaches to airborne image capturing: linear sensor, similar to satellite pushbroom sensor,e.g. the one used by the QuickBird satellite, and frame sensor, which eases the software-related transition from analog to digital image capturing. Leica Geosystems has used the linear sensor approach to develop one of the most interesting cameras available on the market today – the Leica ADS40 (Airborne Digital Scanner). The camera acquires images simultaneously in 3 directions (backward, nadir, forward) and in 8 spectral bands (2 panchromatic,2 red,2 green, blue and near infrared). This allows for later generation of various types of orthophotomaps: panchromatic,RGB or FCIR (with near infrared band). Panchromatic bands are acquired with backward and forward looking angles. Panchromatic images may be used for DEM/DTM production or verification. All spectral bands have the same resolution – 12 000 pixels per line which eliminates the use of pan sharpening methods commonly applied in digital frame cameras. Leica ADS40 and Leica ALS50 (Airborne Laser Scanner) can be used simultaneously to obtain a unique dataset: complex imagery set and fast and accurate elevation information. Leica ADS40 is already one of the best selling airborne digital sensors. Leica Geosystems have sold over 50 ADS40 cameras worldwide. In modern photogrammetry, laser scanning (LIDAR) is becoming more common. For such applications,Leica Geosystems offers the Leica ALS50 Airborne Laser Scanner. ALS50 allows users to register up to 4 reflections of a laser bundle. Multiple reflection processing gives a unique opportunity to work out various types of elevation models. After filtering the ALS50 data,it is possible to produce accurate DTMs and DEMs. This paper presents the workshop experience Geosystems Polska sp. z o.o. has gathered while processing data produced by Leica ADS40 and Leica ALS50 cameras. The data was captured by TerraDigital GmBH during a photogrammetric flight over Wroclaw for Geosystems Polska sp. z o.o. Both Leica ADS40 and Leica ALS50 were used during the flight. All processing steps using the Leica Photogrammetry Suite (LPS) software environment are shortly presented. There are also a few examples of the final products,i.e. orthophotos, various Digital Elevation Models. The project involving simultaneous use of both Leica ADS40 and Leica ALS50 cameras was the first such undertaking in Poland.
