摘要:Russian satellite stereo photographs taken with TK-350 cartographic cameras (GSD = 10m) have been collected for more then 20 years. Till 1991 this data was only available to Russian federal surveying offices and used for updating 1:25 000 scale topographic maps. Data from TK-350 has been made available worldwide after the US lifted the ban on satellite data with resolutions below 10 m.This data has not so far been used in Poland. The research project sponsored by the Ministry of Science is currently carried out at the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography in Warsaw. It will evaluate the usefulness of TK-350 data for the generation of photogrammetric products for topographic databases including the accuracy of DTM measurements based on stereoscopic TK-350 data. The results published in foreign literature refer mainly to analytical photogrammetry, and are based on inappropriate reference data and disqualify the TK-350 data. In the described project, one stereoscopic TK-350 scene with a 60 % overlap of southwest of Poland was acquired on 20 Oct. 2000 by a Comet satellite. Russian original Z-Space software was used for orientation of the stereogram. Using this software and the original full set of orbital data orientation,an accuracy of 1/3 of pixel was achieved. Generation of DEM was done with the use of the image correlation method. RMSE (Z) = 3.2 m for flat regions and RMSE (Z) = 3.9 m for hilly regions were achieved. Satellite TK-350 photographs could be used for DEM and contour line generation on topographic maps on scales smaller then 1:25 000 for flat regions and on scales smaller then 1:200 000 for hilly regions.
其他摘要:W artykule opisano metodykę generowania numerycznego modelu terenu (NMT) na podstawie rosyjskich obrazów stereoskopowych TK-350. Do badań wykorzystano panchromatyczną scenę stereoskopową TK-350 o pokryciu podłuŜnym 60 %,pozyskaną w październiku 2000 roku,
