摘要：The paper introduces a method of determining extreme values of horizontal deformations in time,resulting from the underground mining activities. Observations included the wall of an industrial building of the second category of resistance,and land surface in the direct neighbourhood of the building. A quasi-continuous measuring of strains was carried out,within which two telemetric systems were designed to determine strains. The measuring systems were designed so that it would be possible to determine the components of the strain tensor. Results of calculations and analyses are presented,with special attention paid to the comparison of strain values in the ground and on the building wall.
