摘要：This article contains the most important information about surveying services for the modernization of the conventional railway. It describes works enabling the change of railway line operation conditions by adjusting them to higher technical and operating parameters. It features the principles of measurement of the technical infrastructure elements together with precise survey measurements. This article contains a description of a specialized measuring cart,built in the AGH Department of Mining,Surveying and Environmental Engineering,working on the basis of RTK-GPS technique and the 3D polar method. It also presents a description of the potential use of modern software by Bentley Systems Inc. The software is used for making digital maps,preparing designs for railway track axis adjustments,as well as preparing data for setting out of the design on site. Bentley Rail Track software also enables generating batch files for on-board computers of tamping machines, which perform railway track modernization works.
