摘要:The paper presents selected issues about using of artificial neural networks for coordinates transformation form local coordinate system of city of Szczecin to system „2000”. The description of local system of Szczecin itself and the basics of artificial neural networks are given in the first parts of paper. Then the concept and the results of the research are included. The assumption has been made,that using of neural networks would allow finding of direct relationships for the empirical system like local system. The transformation has been made based on points of adjustment, which has been introduced as a teaching sequence to neural network. These points have been chosen from gravimetric frame of I and II class in the area of Szczecin. The analysis has been made for three structures of neural networks – linear networks,multilayer perception and radial basis network. Especially satisfactory results have been achieved for the linear network and for this network further research on the influence of teaching sequence length and the area has been made. The results shows that the number of teaching points and the density of them has an import ant influence on such a transformation. The results are compared to the values achieved with Helmert transformation.
