摘要：The author of this article aims to analyze the translation made by Mihail Sadoveanu for Guy de Maupassant Stories,“Povestiri alese”. The themes of this volume,which contains fourteen stories and novellas extracted from seven different volumes,reflect country life,ordinary people,beauty of the nature,passion for fishing and hunting. The author of this article realizes a depth study on the use of archaisms,regionalism,neologisms,words and expressions popular and also the translation of titles.
