摘要：This article based on the growth in recent years in order to highlight the role of the impact of human factors;State health expenditure was carried out to understand the impact on growth and the share of health spending. Turkey also in the health sector,the share of the country's economy has been referred to the development of this sector and an increase in the share allocated to the health sector in recent years and has been shown to be positively correlated with growth. The laws for harmonization in the health sector in recent years has a positive impact on growth. Population and scarce resources on which health care has also been the decisive factor which will be part-financed. Long-term analysis of the increase in health spending has increased in parallel,although the rate of growth up though;EU harmonization still remains a long way behind the frame that shows us the need for new regulations. This article is made between empirical studies also 2006Q1 -2014Q4 period between health spending and growth,the evaluation was made on results.
