摘要：This research,the three,four,five-star hotel managements serving in Eastern Black Sea Region by examining their cost of quality applications. Survey study was implemented to totally 70 hotel managers to determine the application level of cost of quality systems. Therefore,descriptive statistical analysis was used to put forward the current situation in research design. Descriptive statistics values were used such as frequency and percentage distribution,mean and standard deviation in the interpretation of findings related to cost elements that managements follow and demographic characteristics in the first and second part of the rating scale. When looked overall on the findings,it is revealed that the majority of the hotel business haven't the quality cost system and they don't do measuring and reporting related to the quality cost system. It is determined that the five-star hotel businesses give more importance to the quality cost system than these threefour star hotel managements. Moreover,there is seen significant relations between the quality cost system and the features of hotel managements.
