摘要:This study aims to determine whether professional exhaustion affects job satisfaction of members of accounting profession,and to what extend it affects at basic and lower level in case of impact. Correspondingly,professional exhaustion syndrome and job satifaction terms were primarily explained in the study and the related literature in Turkey was summarized. Afterwards,a survey was conducted at Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone to determine the effects of Professional exhaustion on job satisfaction among members of accounting profession. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and regressional analysis and as the result of analysis it was determined that the professional exhaustion of members of accounting profession slightly affects their job satisfaction. In addition,the study revealed that emotional exhaustion which is of subdimension professional exhaustion affect job satisfaction of members of accounting profession,while feeling of decrease in personal success and desensitization do not affects their job satisfaction.
