摘要:In this study,the leadership styles and the conflict management strategies of branch managers who are working in one of the biggest banks in Turkey are examined. The study aims to reveal the relationships between the branch managers' leadership styles and their conflict management strategies,the impacts of leadership styles on conflict management and this variables differentiation according to some characteristics of the managers. In the analysis of the data obtained from 309 managers,difference tests,correlation and regression analyzes were used. The results show that,transformational and transactional leadership styles have an influence on the choice of conflict management strategy.
