摘要：Burnout syndrome,which is an occupational disease,especially emerge from those in constant communication with the people and the professional groups working under stress. In this research is aimed to determine of the accounting profession’s burnout syndrome levels in constant communication with people and in stressful professional activities maintain. For this purpose,was administered its questionnaire of “Maslach Burnout Inventory” to 320 professional accountants maintaining activities at Mersin city center. Professional accountants surveyed were measured burnout and studied to determine whether significant differences between demographic characteristics and burnout. The results of indicates that burnout syndrome levels of accounting professions that maintaining the profession are lowely correlated with emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and,to be at highly correlated with personal achievement in Mersin.
