摘要：The developments in the construction sector have resulted in not only the increase in the number of apartments and basic housing needs but also increase in the sports and recreational facilities as well. In addition to increasing the number of floor owners/inhabitants in buildings with these new settlements,the types of equipment of the sports and recreational facilities have also increased. Accordingly,thousands of floor owners/inhabitants and their personal information,knowledge about technical maintenance and repair of social facilities,the enhanced knowledge of the construction staff working for the building,too much data that need to be stored and managed have become a big responsibility and problem as much as to cause incalculability for the managers of constructions. At this point,in order to enable the managers to maintain the project value of the building,to ensure the satisfaction of the residents and to manage the enormous budgets they faced,the need for the usage of information systems has emerged. In this study,it has been investigated whether there are differences between the determined properties and the innovation groups of individuals. The basis of the research is generated by Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation Theory. In this study,the poll was selected as the data collection method,and data were collected by sending surveys to the Apsiyon software users' emails that were kept in the system.
