摘要:In order to be successful in the logistics sector as in other sectors,the products must be of high quality. In this context,Total Quality Management (TQM) can be applied successfully in the companies operating in logistics sector. As a matter of fact,there are many examples in the literature that companies applying TQM perform well and provide competitive advantage. TQM has four dimensions: management leadership,continuous improvement,customer-employee satisfaction and system approach and process quality. The aim of this study is to determine how system approach and process quality,which is one of the sub-dimensions of TQM,affect business performance and whether there is a significant relationship between them. The research was conducted in logistics companies operating in Mersin. The data were collected from 166 people working in different positions of these firms by convenience sampling. In this present paper,firstly information about samples and scales was given,correlation between variables was determined,and then regression analysis was used to investigate the relationship between system approach and process quality and business performance. SPSS and AMOS program were used for data analysis. As a result of the analyzes,it was determined that system approach and process quality have positive and significant effects on operational and innovation performance.
