摘要:In globalizing world,the importance of the logistics function,which constitutes an important part of the business activities and the logistics sector,which is an important component of the national economy,is increasing. The success of logistic activities,which are very important for businesses and countries to achieve a strategic competitive advantage,can be sustainable by increasing the positive attitudes of employees towards their jobs. At this point,job satisfaction is one of the most studied subjects. Job satisfaction is defined as employee’s perception about job and things provided by job,and his emotional response to this perception. An employee who is satisfied with his job will contribute positively to the business in which he works at micro level,and to the sector in which his business takes part and the economy of country at macro level. This study aims to determine the job satisfaction levels of managers in logistics sector. For this purpose,the importance of job satisfaction criteria and causal relationships between them have been examined using DEMATEL method and the results are presented in detail. In line with the findings,suggestions to increase the job satisfaction of managers in logistics sector are also made.
