摘要：The usage of the knowledge-based technologies has become obligatory for businesses operating in global and dynamic markets,which have a competitive structure. These technologies have a key role in effectively managing of each phases,as from supply to delivery of final product. One of these technologies whose usage increase more and more in recent years,is the Enterprise Source Planning software (ERP) called as an important competition instrument for businesses. The ERP software is a computer-aided and communication technology-aided business management system,which integrated by containing whole business functions and aims to develop competitive abilities of a business. Concordantly,within the scope of this study,the literature on ERP was expressed and the effects of ERP on business performance was analysed by examining a business’ cases for before and after using ERP.
