  • 摘要:Starting from the importance of organizational cultures’ point of view study aims to put forward current hospital organizational culture carried out 343 observations and two different types of hospitals. The findings obtained from the hospital situated in two different cities states that dominant organizational culture type is hierarchy culture in the hospitals. By using a deeper analyze it found that adhocracy culture is dominant in specialist,hierarchic culture in general hospitals. The most descent culture type is market culture between medical man and males and adhocracy culture between supportive health staff. Finally the study shows that staffs being in hierarchy culture are motivated by neither the administrative attitudes nor the cultural values of the hospitals. The relational and causality analysis of the findings put forward by this study is recommended to be done for the future research. This study envisages a contribution to health politics former and hospital administrator if the results are taken in attention in making strategic plans.
