摘要：In this study,goal programming is applied to optimize the parameters for the distribution planning in a supply chain that involves various budget goals. The supply chain in this study is a three echelon – one product- three period supply chain. The firm who owns the chain desires to divide total supply chain budget into seven parts. For every part decision makers determined the desired amounts which are the goals for every budget part. Distribution planning - with minimum deviation from the goal values- are determined with goal programming. According to the findings of this study the firm can use less amount of budget while applying goal programming in comparison to previous budget planning. This study showed the usability of goal programming method in the distribution planning and budget allocation in supply chains.
