  • 摘要:Nowadays,the effective use of performance of workers in workplace is mostly related with the work satisfaction which can be experienced in institution. It can be said that,negative behaviors and attitudes such as absenteeism,high level of workforce turnover rate,work stoppage,indiscipline,and sabotage are due to the work dissatisfaction. Specifically,factors such as tools used in work,conditions of the work,physical environment,fee,promotion system,appreciation and social prestige can reduce to perceptions of the workers related to the work satisfaction of the workers. In this context,managers should constantly increase the work satisfaction applications based on quality philosophy within the structure,method and processes of the institutions if they want to create a happy work place.In this study,in order to determine factors that affect work satisfaction in public and private banking in Kilis province and how they differ from each other in a sectorial basis,it was determined that the difference arise from the fee,management implications,promotion expectancies and partly in knowledge and skills attitudes however,in relation to friendship relationship and workplace issues there is no significant difference.
