摘要：This study investigated the relationships among information technology,buyer-supplier collaboration,supply chain performance and firm performance using survey responses from 233 Turkish manufacturing firms. Analysis of data using structural equation modeling pointed that there was no direct impact of information technologies on supply chain performance and firm performance;however there was direct relationship between information technologies and buyer-supplier collaboration. There was no relationship between buyer-supplier collaboration and firm performance. Further,buyer-supplier collaboration was found to positively impact supply chain performance;supply chain performance also supported firm performance. Taken together,the implications of these findings for managers are that buyer-supplier collaboration is an important mediating variable that is supported by information technology and can significantly impact supply chain performance and firm performance.
