摘要：Accounting graduates must have the knowledge and skills to meet the expectations of business world. Hence,institutions which give education in the field of accounting are interested in the qualifications required from current and potential accounting personel by enterprises.Hospital enterprises which operating in health sector utilize the technics of cost accounting to calculate the service production cost. On this account,employers expect accounting graduates to have knowledge of cost accounting besides financial accounting knowledge. In this study,a survey study implemented to find out whether the education given in vocational high schools and faculties in the field of accounting meet the expectations of hospital enterprises and to determine the required qualifications of accounting personnels in private and public hospitals in Kahramanmaraş,Gaziantep and Osmaniye provinces.
