摘要：In last quarter of 21st. century with picking up speed of globalisation just like other sectors the banking sector influenced from this global development. Especially in 1980s relation to financial globalisation there were some changes in banking sector with the influence of rapid development in computer and communication technology. The being of foreign banks is a result of globalization. It is known that foreign banks show variety in enterance and organization style in native country In recent years not only entrance of foreign banks but also influence of foreign banks have become importance in host country. There are different point of views about advantages and disadvantages of foreign banks which are in host country. In light of these differences,advantages and disadvantages of foreign banks cause different results. The aim of this paper,Turkish banking sector development and foreign bank inflows,inflows of foreign banks to examine the advantages and disadvantages in terms of the host country's economy.
