摘要:An increasing number of women workers participate in the work life every day together with fast developing technology and industrialization in today's world (Biner,2011:11). Women's entrepreneurship plays a key role in activating the idle labor potential as well as in employment of women and their integration to social life. For all these reasons,entrepreneurship,especially women's entrepreneurship has become an intense study field (Demircioğlu,2010:3). Taking risks in entrepreneurship and dealing with uncertainties become important factors in creating new opportunities as well. The present study analyzes the relationship between personal values of women entrepreneurs in tourism sector and their risk and uncertainty perceptions through field research. The result of the study showed that personal values of women entrepreneurs had a significant influence on their risk and uncertainty perceptions. Additionally,the power factor,one of the factors in personal values,has been observed to have the highest positive relation with risk and uncertainty perceptions.
