摘要：The aim of this research is tome a sure the accounting professional ethics perception of the first and second grade accounting and tax practices department students of ALTSO Vocational School. This research also aims to find out that does perception level of Professional ethics differs according to students who had business ethics lecture or not. The findings show that students have a perception hatunethicalissuesare common in accounting profession. It is found in the conducted analysis hat attending or not attending he business ethics lecture does not have any influence on the students’ perception to ward professional ethics.
