摘要：Most of the power generation is maintained from natural gas in our country. However,wind power plants (RES),solar power plants (GES),hydroelectric power plants (HES) and other resources should be preferable resources due to being renewable during covering such needs. Importance of renewable energy resources is increasing due to our dependence to foreign countries (especially Russia and Iran) in connection with natural gas. Leader of the renewable energy resources is wind power plants (RES) and wind energy sector in connection with sectoral perspective. But,these benefits bring higher establishment capitals and investment costs along with them. In this respect,financial methods,which might cover the financial needs.
