摘要：Reputation is an intangible value and it takes so many years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. Along with the increasing importance of enterprise risk management system,how to manage reputation system and how to ensure the sustainability of corporate reputation has become the important to both private sector and public institutions. For this reason,information about concept of reputation,reputation risk and management of reputation risk is given in this study. The aim of this study,to reveals the benefits of a good reputation to the institutions and give explanations about problems that the institutions faced in the case of loss of reputation. In this study,it was concluded that reputation has been accepted important to both internal and external shareholder and if not managed effectively it may cause even to the end of the institution’s assets. The study was prepared by taking into account local and foreign literature. While to consider the lack of study about this subject in local literature,it was thought that the study will be useful to both literature and reader.
