摘要:The body position of the thrower (tori) and his “reaping leg” with which he acts on the opponent’s body (uke-faller) in judo leg throw techniques is one of the main factors for successful throw. The trajectory of movement of the centre of mass and the attacking leg gives a clear overview of some biomechanical parameters. AIM: The body mass centre and tori’s “reaping leg” during the performance of the throw techniques osoto gari and uchi mata are analyzed in this study,as frequent techniques in competitions. METHODS: Eleven male judoists were analysed in this study, one of which was tori (thrower, with a body mass of 75 kg),while ten others were uke (fallers, with a body mass of around 73,8 kg). Tori performs the technique with maximal effort, without uke’s resistance. The material was filmed with three cameras with a frequency of 60 Hz,while with the Ariel Performance Analysis System (APAS),are extracted the main parameters of tori’s centre of mass and his “reaping leg” are shown. RESULTS: The displacement of tori’s body mass centre in the kuzushi stage (balance breaking) for both techniques is greater in the anteroposterior direction with 61,9 cm,while during the uchi mata technique, this value is 29,6 cm. During the tsukuri stage (fit-in),a greater displacement of the body mass centre exists in the uchi mata technique in the anteroposterior direction with 24,5 cm,while during the osoto gari technique, this value is 4,1 cm. During the kake stage (throw) of the osoto gari technique,a greater displacement of tori’s body mass centre occur in the vertical direction (11,8 cm),while in the uchi mata technique,it is in the anteroposterior direction (12,2 cm). While the displacement of the “reaping leg” (talocrural joint) has a greater value in the anteroposterior direction, this value is 93,8 cm in the osoto gari, whereas the value is 111,7 cm in the uchi mata technique. DISCUSSION: The osoto gari technique and the uchi mata-leg variant technique belong to the group of leg throw techniques. Regarding the structure of movements and direction of throw, these differ in three stages of throw. By testing the significance of differences between the two techniques, for the three stages and for the three directions,it can be seen that the significance is in the anteroposterior direction (p<0,01),compared to the two other directions of tori’s body mass centre. Testing the significance of the two respective techniques for the displacement of the “reaping leg” and its velocity indicates significant differences between relevant results in all directions. CONCLUSION: By defining the biomechanical parameters of tori’s body position, the performance of osoto gari and uchi mata techniques can be improved,as mostly used techniques in competitions.
