摘要:Stretching in the warm-up has significant benefits, enhancement of performance by increasing the speed of neuromuscular responses (Arnheim and Prentince 1993,Stolen et al,2005). PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to investigate the acute effects of static (SS) and dynamic stretching (DS) methods on soccer skills of young soccer players. MATERIAL and METHOD: Fifty-six male soccer players (mean±SD;age 11,03±0,76 years) in Konya Besiktas Soccer School, volunteered in the study. Five soccer skill tests were applied to players for determination of technical skills after the non-warm up (NW) and standard static (SS) and dynamic (DS) stretching method. The technical tests were applied to the subjects for 3 days, with 2 day rest period. The tests are including;juggling (left and right foot),body juggling (BJ;1.chest-foot-head,2.head-left foot-right foot,3.foot-chest-head),short passsing (SP),long throw-in (LT) and speed dribbling (SD). Players performed all the tests after NW,SS and DS (20 min) including jogging, stretching and kicking. All statistical analysis were carried out using SPSS 23.0 statistical software. The level of statistical significance was set up at (p<0,05). RESULTS: When the test results are examined;right foot juggling values increased after SW and DW (p<0,05),but the same increase was seen only after static warm-up in left foot juggling. In the BJ values;there was a significant difference between all groups in BJ1 and BJ2 (p<0,05). Although BJ3 values were increased SW and DW. There was a significant difference in all groups for the SP values, significant increase in SP performance was observed after SW and DW methods. The best performance was achieved after the DW (p<0,05). But in the LT result did not show the same performance increase. After NW and SW,LT values were similar and did not show differ but only increased after DW. And the lastly,SD datas were different in all groups (p<0,05),as an increase in the performance. The highest reached after DW. DISCUSSION: In the recent studies,Amiri et al (2011) reported that DS increases the range of motion on instep kick performance in soccer. In another study,Paradies et al (2014) investigated jump performance of soccer player and reported that SS has more benefit compared DS. On the other hand, the other study showed that DS was most effective than SS for the agility performance (Khorasani et al 2010). In an other study evaluated sprint performance, researchers reported that sprint datas were higher after DS than SS (Fletcher ve Colombo 2010). Similarly,Gelen (2010),reported that DS protocol increases sprint, dribbling and kick performance. In line with the literature, most of the studies suggested that DS method is increases the performance in soccer. CONCLUSION: In this study, the soccer techical skills were evaluated. Then the results showed that DS is most effective method when compared non-warm-up and SS.
