摘要：Focus of this paper is on the progress of Indonesian land policy. Mainly, scrutiny here are under two aspects questioned relating to land policy. First, concerning internal problems in Indonesia which significantly should influence to national land policy and secondly, the question on external trend which also bring influences to Indonesian land policy. Many aspects that elaborated here are concerning basic understanding on constitutional principles to the newly issues on decentralization trend under new regulation and inhererent land conflicts around it. More horizon is also described on globalization trend and its impacts to Indonesian land policy. The issues dialected on constitutional principles and globalization trends are the influential aspects that need to be elaborated into the real land policy in the future of Indonesia.
