  • 摘要:This study was carried out in order to investigate that whether the oxidative stress occurred in the rats that are made to perform depletion exercise effects of oxidative damage or not,and to analyze the effect of Ellacig acid supplement against oxidative stress and potential damage caused by oxidative stress. METARIAL and METHOD: The study was carried out on 32 male and adult Spraque - Dawley rats at AKÜ . The experimental animals was equally divided into four groups. Group1: General control group without any procedures. Group2: Control group,wherein acute swimming exercise was performed for 30 minutes. Group3: The group,where in 15 mg/kg/day i.p EA will be administered intaperitoneally (IP) for four weeks and following the end of administration,acute swimming exercise was performed for 30 minutes. Group4: The group,wherein 15 mg/kg/day i.p EA will be administered intaperitoneally (IP) for four weeks without any procedures in the end. Results: At the end of procedures that last for four weeks,total oxidant (TOS),total antioxidant (TAS),nitric oxide (NO) and Asymmetric dimethyl Arginine (ADMA),TNF α,INF γ and IL6 plasma and tissue levels was assayed from the blood samples to be taken from experimental animals with decapitation. In accordance with the statistical data obtained at the end of the study,the effects of the exercises on the said parameters and EA supplement can be analyzed.
