  • 摘要:ducation has become a highly important and functional means in development efforts or in order to achieve the target of being a wealthy and prosperous country. Education yields in the long term yet it becomes the basic investment of the economy day by day as a means which provides the manpower for the social and economic development of the country. In that case,we have to give importance to the education and the production of science and technology in our country more than ever. In a word,education is important as it develops individuals,and provides scientific,economic,social and cultural development for the country. OBJECTIVET: he aim of this study is to put forward the occupational problems of physical education teachers and to make proposals for the elimination of these found occupational problems of physical education teachers. METHOD: Survey model was used in the study. A scale which is related to the topic of the study was applied and solutions were looked for considering the data obtained from the results of the mentioned scale. The questions were shaped according to the information obtained by scanning the present literature and expert opinions were also received. The essential data was gathered through a survey form,which consists of two separate sections;one of which contains questions on personal information(gender,age,educational background,period of professional service,course load,sportsmanship certificates,coaching certificates,in-service training attendances and the effectiveness of these trainings) and the other part contains 28 questions which were considered as the potential problems and were grouped under five subtitles (arising from the school management,from the ministry of education,from the teacher,from the student and from the parents). In the analysis of the obtained data,descriptive statistics was used,percentile frequencies were calculated in resolving the demographical data and independent samples t-test,ANOVA and Tukey HSD tests were applied in order to test the differences for some variables. CONCLUSION AND DISCUSSIONA: ccording to the final data obtained from the study,it is detected that 42,4% of the participants are in the age group of 31-40,40,2% of them have 1-5 years in service,59,8% of them are graduates from schools of physical education and sports,70,7% of them have sportsmanship certificate in a branch,31,5% of them have a course load of 16-20 lesson hours,44,6% of them have coaching certificate in a branch and 70,7% of them was attended to in-service training courses.67,4% of the teachers think that school managements do not give enough importance to physical education lessons,53,3% of them think that school managements do not trust the knowledge and skills of physical education teachers,53,3% of them think that school managements do not have an objective and incentive attitude towards physical education teachers,52,2% of them think that school managements keep physical education lessons in the background by not selecting physical education as an elective lesson.
