  • 摘要:The purpose of this study was to analyse the validity and reliability of a mobile application (iPad) of My Jump for measuring vertical jump performance. My jump is an application (app) that developed to calculate the jump height through flight time using video recording feature on the iPad. Twenty-nine recreationally active sports sciences faculty students (XAge: 22,4±1 years;XHeight:178,1±6,20 cm;XWeight: 71,2±8,01 kg) completed maximal countermovement jump performance (CMJ),which were evaluated using a force platform (time in the air method),motion analysis system (time in air method according to toe and hip,hip displacement) and iPad app. All devices were synchronized before data collection. Jump height of participants calculated based on time in air method;a) Motion analysis system (SIMI Motion 7.5,GER) according to total toe displacement from take-off to land on,hip displacement from take-off to land on and hip displacement of take-off;b) My Jump app. Which calculates the height according to time from foot were off ground to on ground;c) Force Plate (BERTEC 4060-10,USA) which was calculated the height according to time from take-off to land on where the signal of the plate was at natural frequency. Jump heights of the 29 jumps were calculated with using Matlab 5.0 and analysed following statistical analysis to determined the validity and reliability of My Jump application. First,to analyse the reliability of the app for measuring the CMJ height in comparison with the force platform and kinematic data, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used. Second,to analyse the stability of the app when measuring the three CMJ of each participant,Cronbach’s α and the coefficient of variation were used. Third,to complement the ICC analyses,Bland–Altman plots were created, which are known to give a good representation of the agreement between the three instruments. Fourth,to calculate the concurrent validity, the Pearson Correlation coefficient (r) was used. Significance level was set at 0.01. The agreement between the force platform and My Jump for the CMJ height (r = 0.963,p < 0.001;) and the correlation between the motion analysis system based jump height according to toe and My Jump for the CMJ height (r = 0.975,p < 0.001;) were almost perfect in comparison with the force platform. On the other side My Jump showed good correlation for the CMJ height (r = 0.942,p < 0.001) with motion analysis system based calculation according to vertical hip displacement in comparison to motion analysis system based jump height according to hip (r = 0.911,p < 0.001) as well. According to the results, there was a good agreement amongst the MyJump, force Plate and Motion Analysis system (R: 0.953;95%CI: 0,581- 0,987;p<0,001).The results of the present study indicate that My Jump application can be used to evaluate the CMJ heights reliably (α=0,99).
