摘要：The purpose of this article is to highlight that accessing structural funds is a strategic priority for Romania.One of the opportunities that Romania can benefit through its status as an EU member is represented by Structural and Cohesion Funds.Analyzing the pre-accession absorption rates and the funds for the 2007-2013 period is of interest to the new incumbents of Structural and Investment EU Funds,in the years to come 2014-2020 because this can increase the capacity of indicators assumed through the projects and the successful implementation of these projects to be submitted.
