摘要：Clustering method is a widely used technique for discovering the structure of a statistical population.Classical clustering techniques have as result a partitioning of the elements of a considered set so that any element of the initial set belongs only to one cluster.The fuzzification of these techniques is their natural extension reflecting to a greater extent the reality that an element can belong to multiple clusters at the same time.This paper shows a classification of Romania’s counties depending on their demographic structure determined by age groups,by using fuzzy clustering techniques.
