摘要：The main purpose of this paper is to verify empirically the changes of the foreign direct investment flows received by Romanian economy after the global economic crises.The analyses presented are based on a series of relevant macroeconomic indicators concerning the net foreign direct investment inflows for the years 2007-2014.According to the empirical evidence,the year 2009 was a turning point,Romania facing not only a significant decrease of foreign direct investment inflows but also a lack of interest from foreign investors to develop new business.
