摘要：HRST (human resource in science and technology) is one of the indicators which reflects a country’s degree of implication in supporting the development of the science and technology field as an important factor of the economic and social progress.In this paper we propose a EU classification based on similarities in the evolution of HRST,during the period 2002-2012.The methodology involves clustering time series.
