  • 摘要:We exposed juwenile puffer fish,Takifugu obscurus (30 days afer hatching) to various aqueous plluants including 4 kinds of inorganic metals(Ag. Cd. Cu and Hg). 2 organotin compounds (tributytin [TBT] and triphenyltin ITPhTI) and 5 polycyelic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) compounds (chrysene,fluoranthene. naphthalene,phenanthrene and pyrene) to estimate median lethal concentrations (LC50s) of each pollutant after the 96- hour acute exposure. Among the inorganie metals,Hg (52 μg/L: 96-h LC50) was most loxic to test animals and followed by Ag (164 ug/L). Cu (440 ug/L) and Cd (1180 ug/L). Aqucous TBT was more toxic between the Iwo organotins: the 96-h LCS0 for TBT (5.1 μg/L) was 3 times lower than that of TPhT(17.3 Hg/L). The acute toxicity of PAH compounds was highest for chrysene (1.5 μug/L;96-h LC50) and deereased in the order of pyrene (65 u/L)> fuoranthene (158 ug/L)> phenanthrene (432 ug/L)> naphthalene (8690 ug/L). The loxicity of PAH compounds was closely related to their plysico - chemical characeristics such as Kow and water solubility. and well explained by simple QSAR relationship. The sensitivity of puffer fish to various inorganic and organic pollulants was generally compurable to various fish species widely used as slandard test species in previous studies and further evaluation should be conducted 1o develop adequate testing procedures for T. obscurus when used in various toxicity tests.
