摘要:Epoxy resinq are moslly used凸a molding materual for drinking water tank Bisphenol A 14 used a9 a constuent materal for epoxy resins and 1 widely suspected to act as an endocrne dusruptor In thus study. we investlgated embryo hutching m zebrafish reared In water undlergone leuching process of expoxy resin and tound d decreased survIval rate Bisphenol A eluted from epoxy resun In dnnkng w ater tuank was completely degraded by TO2 photoxc dtalysry We detected 7 8 ng/ml ot brphenol A in epoxy resin tank and observed thal the concentration \d undectable after 48h phocatalyuns over TO: There “as no toxcty In hatchng rates m 2ebrafish and morphogeneins after photocatalysis The effet of TIO: photo aulyuec reactons on the catalase ativithes Im the fly stage of zcbrafish was also examined At I week post hatching. catalase utvthes were hugher both In the group ot epoxy resin wrth 48 h T1O2 photocatalysis dand In the TIO: photocatalysus for 48 hours were hugher than control group However adtulave activitles of the treatment group of epoxy resin by TIO: photocatalysis tor 48 hour were smular to control in 5 weeks post hatchung tre In concluston,the toxecity of T1O: photoutdlysrs wa not obverved In this zebrafish.
