摘要:In this study,we obtained the frilized eggs from goldfish (Carassius aurarus) and observed normal devel- opmental stage (from frillized eges to larvae) in non txposed groups. Goldfish embryos at 3 h psteriliatio (hpf) were saticallyl exposed for I h to either diethysufoxide (DMSO. 0.1%. v/V) or TCDD(0.5 ug/L). Toxi- city and morphological changes were characterized from 3 to 120h pstriliztion(hp0,. Egg mortality (0 - 48 hpf) and hatching ratio(72~ 83 hpf) in TCDD-exposed group were sgnifianly dfferet from control groups. However,pericardial edema was first observed at 72 hpf,fllowed by the onset of yolk sac edema and mortality. In addition,goldfish embryos-larvae exposed to TCDD significantly increased TCDD related gene such as CYPIA(24~ 72 hpf) and AhR2(72 hp0). This is the first study about in-depth characterization of TCDD induc- ed developmental toxicity in goldfish (Carassius aurats).
