摘要:The ecoloxicological effects of two antibiotics, fenbendazole and lincomycin, were observed in the harpacticoid copepod Tigriopus jqponicus sJ. ollected from tidal pools in the soutem coast of Korea. Fenbendazole had a significant effect on the survival raltes (p< 005),delay of copepodite emergence, and urosome size (p <005). Lincomycin,on the other hand, had no significant infuence on these environmental indicators. However, our analysis of morphological abnormalities in T. japonicus sJ. showed that lincomycin was more efective than fenbendazole in causing deformities. The patterm of deformity was diverse, with fused segments, and loss or addition of setae in the swimming legs. All of these patterms appeared as a result of relalively low concentrations of this antibioic (0.3,1 ug L '). We report here patterms of morphological abnomality in T. japonicus s.J. exposed to anibiotis, and suggest their possible application in ecotoxicological monioring.
