摘要：This article presents different definitions of service quality and the quality characteristics of education services (the teaching method of subjects matters used by teachers,teachers’professional qualification,teachers’interest,the type of information conveyed by teachers,the communications between teachers and students and the education institution’s technical-material ground).Moreover,this paper contains an assessment model of education services quality and an application for a better understanding of its workability.
