摘要：The aim of the paper is to point out the strategic directions for the development of the tourism in Novi Sad,having in mind both the theoretical knowledge and the principles of marketing and management of the tourist destination and the practical implementation of the both of them.In this way it would be evident how to make use of great potential for further development of the tourism in a practical sense.
