摘要:The paper presents,beside several general considerations about the after sales network of a vehicle manufacturer,a methodology–as a management instrument–used to analyze the service activities performance.Based on a reliable set of key performance indicators,this instrument can be used to identify critical areas of service activity and to make comparisons between different service activity providers.
