摘要：La protección del medioambiente como alternativa para el desarrollo sustentable incide en la transformación de la conciencia humana; en esta dirección se elabora la estrategia que tiene como objetivo propiciar desarrollo agroecológico sustentable en el contexto agrícola, y la transformación cultural de los agricultores a través de una gestión individual y social que viabiliza la toma de decisiones pertinentes en su autoformación. Los resultados se logran a partir de la caracterización epistemológica del proceso de formación agroecológica sustentable y las consideraciones desde las experiencias en el agroecosistema cafetalero de Tercer Frente en Santiago de Cuba, enfocándolo como un Caso de Estudio.
其他摘要：Protecting the environment as an alternative to sustainable development affects the transformation of human consciousness; In this direction, the strategy that aims to promote sustainable agroecological development in the agricultural context, and the cultural transformation of farmers through individual and social management that enables relevant decision-making in their self-training, is elaborated. The results are obtained from the epistemological characterization of the sustainable agroecological training process and the considerations from the experiences in the Third Front coffee agroecosystem in Santiago de Cuba, focusing it as a Case Study.
