摘要：La cultura de la legalidad ha sido un tema muy difundido en México durante las últimas décadas con el propósito de que los destinatarios de las normas conozcan el funcionamiento del sistema legal. En el ámbito de la Educación Superior, es fundamental que el estudiante conozca sus derechos, obligaciones y en específico, considere la cultura de la legalidad como principio básico de su formación académica en vinculación con la promoción y pleno respeto a los derechos humanos. Por esa razón, en el presente estudio nos importa destacar particularmente, la cultura de la legalidad y derechos humanos, como nuevo rumbo de la Educación Superior en México.
其他摘要：The culture of legality has been a widespread topic in Mexico during the last decades so that the recipients of the norms know the operation of the legal system. In the field of Higher Education, it is essential that students know their rights, obligations and specifically, consider the culture of legality as a basic principle of their academic training in connection with the promotion and full respect for human rights. For this reason, in this study we are particularly interested in highlighting the culture of legality and human rights, as a new course of Higher Education in Mexico.
