摘要：Para poder acceder a la importancia de la investigación jurídica en los procesos educativos, se hace necesario comprender que la ciencia jurídica, en tanto inferencia dogmática es una actividad intelectual inmanente o intrasistemática, por lo que en el presente acercamiento al tema valora las simientes de la investigación cualitativa como acceso al conocimiento científico del jurista y el futuro profesional del derecho. La investigación fue realizada en UNIANDES sede Babahoyo con los estudiantes de tercer semestre. Se formulan las conclusiones generales donde resalta la jerarquía de la utilización de los modelos cualitativos para el desarrollo de las investigaciones en el campo de las ciencias jurídicas.
其他摘要：To be able to access the importance of legal research in educational processes, it is necessary to understand that legal science, as a dogmatic inference is an immanent or intrasystematic intellectual activity, so that in the present approach to the subject it values the seeds of the qualitative research as access to the scientific knowledge of the jurist and the future professional of law. The research was carried out at UNIANDES Babahoyo headquarters with the third semester students. The general conclusions are formulated where the hierarchy of the use of qualitative models for the development of investigations in the field of legal sciences is highlighted.
