摘要：La investigación se realizó en la Corporación de Organizaciones Campesinas La Pepa de Oro en el cantón Vinces, provincia Los Ríos, la cual tiene grandes desafíos dentro del mercado empresarial con la presencia de nuevos competidores, el desarrollo de sistemas de información y el surgimiento de productos de calidad. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la influencia del control interno en la gestión gerencial con una metodología exploratoria y descriptiva, y el desarrollo de métodos deductivo e inductivo, que han permitido recolectar y analizar datos informativos de situaciones particulares relacionadas con el objeto de estudio. Los resultados obtenidos son una administración comunitaria sin control interno, pérdida de fidelidad de clientes y de actividades productivas.
其他摘要：The present investigation was enhanced in the Pepe de Oro Peasant Organizations Corporation, a company located in the canton of Vinces province of Los Ríos. Currently the company has great challenges within the business market with the presence of new competitors, with the development of information systems and the emergence of quality products. The companies are supported by the Maquita Cushunchic Foundation. The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of internal control in management. The methodology used was exploratory and descriptive, which was complemented with the development of deductive and inductive methods, which have allowed us to collect, and analyze informational data on particular situations related to the object of study. The results obtained are a community administration without internal control, loss of customer loyalty and productive activities.
